Blacon Adventure Playground reopen to visitors

We’re pleased to announce that Blacon Adventure Playground has now been reopened to local visitors.
We’d like to thank residents for their support and understanding while the playground has been closed due to Covid-19 restrictions.
The health and safety of our residents, their families and our staff continues to be our number one priority.
We have been working hard to ensure the playground remains a safe environment for all and have put extra measures in place so this can be achieved.
These include:
- Reducing opening times and limiting the number of people allowed on-site and on individual items of play equipment at any one time
- Enhanced cleaning and disinfection of play equipment, toilets and touch points, in line with Public Health England guidance
- No food and drink allowed on site
- Staff greeting visitors on arrival to check for Covid-19 symptoms and share hand washing and social distancing guidance
- Separate entrance and exit and social distancing markers around the site
We kindly ask visitors to ensure they read this information thoroughly before visiting the playground and to follow all guidance from members of our team.
Current opening times for the playground are 11am-1pm and 2-5pm, Monday to Friday. The site is closed at weekends at present.
