Latest opening information – November 2020

Blacon Adventure Playground remains open during the current Covid-19 lockdown.

To ensure everyone’s safety, we are strictly limiting the number of visitors on site. Currently, only children aged 8-16 are allowed to access the playground, adults are not permitted.

Visitors must provide a name and contact number for track and trace purposes and we ask that you continue to follow Government regulations on social distancing and mixing of households.

A range of additional safety measures remain in place to ensure the playground is a safe and secure environment for all. These include:

• Enhanced cleaning and disinfection of play equipment, toilets and touch points, in line with Public Health England guidance
• No food and drink to be brought on site
• Staff greeting visitors on arrival to check for Covid-19 symptoms and share hand washing and social distancing guidance
• Separate entrance and exit and social distancing markers around the site

Current opening hours at Blacon Adventure Playground are:

• Monday to Friday: 3-6pm
• Saturday: 12-4pm
• Sunday: Closed
