Join the fun with Blacon summer activity programme

Children and families can enjoy a busy programme of activities this summer in Blacon.

From family fun days to free fishing sessions on the Shropshire Union Canal, the packed programme offers opportunities for youngsters of all ages to come together and have fun safely.

There will also be activities organised by Blacon Adventure Playground, sport and fitness sessions with Rage Fitness Company, picnics at Blacon Children’s Centre and much more besides.

The summer programme has been organised by Avenue Services and community partners including Cheshire West and Chester Council, Canal and River Trust, Holy Trinity Church, Blacon Beacon, Blacon Children’s Centre, Cheshire Police, Welcome Network and Blacon Butterflies WI.

It is also being supported by local councillors and volunteers, along with West Cheshire Foodbank, Aldi, Asda, Heron Foods, Spar and Morrisons.
